What causes sperm loss in men?

Tight underwear
Yup, I found out about this 10 years ago, been wearing boxers ever since.

Hot water baths
Not too much hot water baths please, it’ll heat your eggs.

Excess body weight
Fat blokes imbalances the testosterone levels.

Excessive smoking & alcohol intake
If you smoke, you choke the little ones. If you drink too much, you’ll “drown” them.

Apart from this, I’m sure there are genetic or infection that could lead to that. I’m just doing my part to increase boxer shorts sales.
