I love sprinÂkles nearly as much as I love bakÂing, everyÂthing about bakÂing is fun, I love the cake mixÂture (even though if I eat too much I feel very sick and have to lie down for a bit and drink loads of water) and I love the decÂoÂratÂing stage. I plan to take a cake decÂoÂratÂing course in the sumÂmer plus a cookÂery course with the husÂband (he can’t cook, I think it is more along the lines he won’t cook, he can only make two recipes panÂcakes and steak, that is it!).
I have been wantÂing to creÂate this sprinÂkles rack for a long time since I saw this post and this one.

We started it the other day, it took me ages to find a good spice rack and the corÂrect jars, when I visÂited IKEA the other week I found this spice rank and these lovely glass jars, I only brought one (silly me) so will need to go back but what I am thinkÂing is havÂing the racks go all up the wall with difÂferÂent coloured sprinÂkles in them.
I think it will really brighten up the kitchen I have a few difÂferÂent sprinÂkles at the moment but I have seen some fab ones on eBay.
What is your speÂcial trick to brighten up your kitchen?
Well I have failed the blogÂging schedÂule this week, well just Review ThursÂday and FruÂgal FriÂday, I am hopÂing to get someÂthing out by the end of the day but I have been away for the last couÂple of days visÂitÂing one of my friends. Isn’t that always the way that life gets in the way ![]()
Not a lot really hapÂpenÂing at my end, other than my resit is next WednesÂday and I am slowly freakÂing out, and polyÂmorÂphism is not going into my head! Arugh! I wish this was easy, I wish I did not need to know about all these stuÂpid conÂdiÂtional stateÂments and higher order funcÂtions so I am tryÂing to make up some sayÂings which will hopeÂfully get this rubÂbish in my head.
I am still tryÂing to paint the kitchen and under stair area but since the husÂband is off next week then we will hopeÂfully do that, more excitÂing news I am curÂrently in my waitÂing period and it seems to be dragÂging a bit, I wonÂder if it works this cycle, who knows, in my head I am already thinkÂing that it will be negÂaÂtive so if it is posÂiÂtive I think I might faint or cry or freak out!
My driÂving test is in about three weeks and I still suck, so I know I will not pass that.. all about pass and failÂing this month so only time will tell me the truth, it would be amazÂing to pass my resit and my driÂving test, and then get a posÂiÂtive pregÂnancy test but I will keep you updated ![]()
I need help, after getÂting the kitchen fitÂted, we have an under the stairs area now which we didn’t have before because of the fridge being there. It now has a shelves and a workÂtop area but I have no idea how to fix the floor, Any ideas??

Any ideas? Any sugÂgesÂtions would be great
I have to do it myself so it should be interÂestÂing, ha ha, if you want to check out the kitchen progress phoÂtos there are now here.

I had a man around recently about my kitchen designs, and I really like the style of this one. I asked my friends boyfriend how much it would cost to remove the old one and fit a new one and he has come up with an amazÂing price, so I told my mother in law today about it and she said go ahead and order the units for the kitchen. I am so excited! It will be fitÂted at the end of June start of July due to my exams for uniÂverÂsity being in 6 weeks and my theÂory test is in 5 DAYS! Here are some amazÂing picÂtures of the design to show you:

This is the style I am going for, I am even going to have the same colour green on the walls, my lime green colour is startÂing to annoy me ![]()
Another than that not a lot going on I had the stairs done the other day and fixed the hand rope rail (yay! I am lovÂing using the drill) and we sorted out the fencÂing in the garÂden too.
