What advertising can you do?

Most of the activities are fairly simple to do, but you have to just get started. Few of them give instant results, some paid services can produce fairly instant results or if you spend the time to learn how it works, the speed by which you are getting results can increase in the future.
Submit to as many Directories as possible. If you choose the free submission option, then use the free bulk directory submission software, hereafter, take the time to hand submit to directories with high rankings, at least two directories a day. This does not need to be repeated. Alternatively, look at this free service to assist you. Create one new original article a week and submit it for placement using the free article submission software which you can find here. Do this at least until you have published at least 7 articles with a link to your website in the author box. You can have someone write your articles, you will still own them and they’ll be ready for submission in a few days, but you’ll be surprised how easy it is to write about something you know and love, your own business. With article promotions, what is most important is the quantity of published articles to the top directories, not necessarily the quantity of article websites. Focus on Ezine articles .com, Go Articles .com, Article Dashboard .com or directories with high PR ranking. At least twice weekly visit forums and post messages using your Signature Links. These entries by you will get indexed and serve as free advertising for many, many years to come! Use this tool to submit to Forums. Once or twice weekly go “blogging” and feel free to post as much as you want. These pages get indexed as well and have a tendency to linger for some time, resulting in long-term free advertising as well! If you do not have or use a blog, use blogger .com as this is owned by Google and gets indexed quickly. You can create as many blogs, even on different blogging sites, as possible. Link the blogs to one another. Submit to blogging directories, such as blog catalog .com, blog a rama .com or blog flux .com. Twice weekly visit different Press Release sites and add your press release. All these activities you’ll see will REALLY start to add up. Use sites such as Free Press Release .com, Free Press Release Center .info, Express Press Release .com which are all free, or the paid PRWeb. Place Free ads daily using websites with high PR scores, one of the most popular is Craigs list .com which can be country or city specific (with geopgraphical targeting). Others are USFreeAds, sites like Vottle .com or Gum tree .com which also has country specific versions. Setup and optimise your Squidoo lens and submit to Squidoo forums at Squidoo .com. Make a video and submit it, this has a major impact on your search engine ranking. To bulk submit the video, use freely available tools such as Tubemogul, but first start off using Powerpoint to do your presentation, then use a program such as Photo Story for Windows to put it all together. Do Social Bookmarking once a day. Use the website called Social Poster .com. This is a great site that allows you to submit to over 40 social sites in one go. Every few days look online and offline to see if you can find or think of newer ways to add to all the things we’ve given you here. You might just think of lots of things we’ve never even thought of but which work as well if not even better! Make a calendar and schedule now! Make a calendar schedule with checklist of all the things you plan to do, and check-off the ones you’ve completed.

Adding just this one basic extra tool may mean the difference between $100,000’s and nothing! So use it!
