In the last blog, I talked about how to use good customer service skills to entice customers through your online store. Today I’d like to continue talking about that, with some extra steps that are beneficial to maintaining customer loyalty.

As he puts it, “When you can show concern about what matters to your customer, that’s Business to Customer Loyalty, and you can bet on it, you’ve just acquired a customer for life…“If you aren’t taking care of your customers, your competition will.†Print that advice out in large, bold letters and past it above your cash register.” How true.

Don’t look for ideas just within the adult entertainment community. Look outside the box for unique ideas on how to make sure that you get an interested customer into a buying customer, and a buying customer into a repeat customer. You’ll see that the little extra touches will keep them coming back time and time again.
