Happy Anniversary to us!

13 Aug 2005 to 13 Aug 2008 – three wonderful years. They’ve gone so quickly, a lot has happened in that time, some good, some bad, and some downright awful. He’s my best friend, my rock, my partner for life. I can’t imagine life without him now!

I cut two stalks up into little bits and stew it, just covering the saucepan with water. I also like to add half a punnet of chopped strawberries. Sometimes it needs some sugar stirred in afterwards. But it’s so yummy with yoghurt and museli, it’s a real favourite of ours!
