There has been much written about the benefits of reflecting on things in our lives that we can be grateful for. One of the benefits of doing this, is that it puts us in one of the highest vibrational states possible. We are actually in a state of abundance when we are in a state of gratitude and appreciation.
Save my marriage! That’s the cry of many men and women with common marriage problems. Most people’s typical response to that cry for help is to end the marriage and get out before the emotional toll destroys the person in the troubled marriage. Most people don’t even consider that there are specific things that couples can do to work out their differences and save their marriage.
Everybody desires happiness, but not many have it. Happiness is something I find very fascinating primarily because it can seem so unattainable for some people. While for others find it easy to be happy. I have a friend who is just like that. He is always genuinely happy. He just has so much joy for life and living.
