Windows Live Writer is a really cool tool from Microsoft that lets you blog from your desktop.I have been very lazy to update my blog for the following reasons

Lets see how it goes.Windows Live Writer looks really a good blogging client.

Windows Server 2003 is old . Over 4 years old. Looks like the folks at Microsoft are testing out Windows Server 2008 at their main site

Wow the competition can’t get any hotter

I have been using the web google, wikipedia  and other similar sites to gather information upon the subject of interest.

I just input the topic and my dream program would prepare a clean report and email it to me with all the possible info about the topic with least redundant info as possible.

How does it sound ?

Is Google going to revive the paid mail service market ?

I was a bit disappointed when I could not connect to my PC via Remote Desktop because there was another local user logged on to my PC.

I landed on Vishnu’s page where there’s some interesting info on how Microsoft has disabled Concurrent connections in SP2 .

I am used to doing on lot of RDCing @ Photon .But sadly the OS we use at work is Windows Server 2003 which allows upto 3 Concurrent connections. (1- console 2 – remote )

Have to see if the workaround works

I am a bit disappointed as my operator is still not supported by google for Calendar SMS notification.

Was reading a post on Ajaxian about the redesign of the Microsoft homepage

The design looks nice. But they seem to have included some new fancy stuff like the popup divs which seem to have some javascript issues atleast with firefox.

So i opened  it in IE. It freezed IE also for a while.

But after a while it was OK in IE.
