I like this cut and all, but I kinda wish they had a better beat. Or at least a beat with less stuff going on in it. Oh well, at least we get the spectacle of everyone’s favorite machine-gunning rappers spitting absolute insanity.

So I’m a fan of dubstep…everyone who has followed any of my posts knows that. However, this is a TERRIBLE example of such music. It’s way too busy, and ends up sounding awful. Plus, it sounds like everyone’s verses were recorded over a different song, and then spliced and placed in this one. It’s sad to see such an amazing line-up like this go to waste…

I love Busta and all…but I just find him more interesting when he’s on a fast pace beat doing triple-time rap. But that’s just me. I enjoy spectacle like that. However, I do co-sign the message of this song. Friends will bail on you in a heartbeat, but family will always have your back. Shouts to my 5STARHIPHOP familia.

Damn…homie is big. Anyway, here comes 7 minutes of absolutely INSANITY to your dome. I usually absolutely hate remixes like this, but there are a few ok verses on here, if not for anything more than the spectacle of rappers doing triple-time rapping.

Slant $0.02: Quite the interesting juxtaposition we got going here: transitioning from the classy, soulful music of Pusha T to the obnoxious “gangsta” music of DJ Khaled & co. That’s what makes hip hop so interesting; there are so many different types of this one genre.
