AmeriCorps VISTA Program

Build your Community! Community First Fund currently accepting VISTA applications for positions in its Lancaster office. VISTA members must be team players and committed to assisting those facing economic barriers. VISTA members will be an integral part of Community First Fund’s five-year strategic plan for growth and development. Members could be assigned work in diversifying fundraising efforts, assisting the financial department, supporting lending office staff in new business development, assiting with marketing of clients and the organization,  expanding our training programs, and assiting in either of our newest departments — loan administration and commercial/affordable housing development. This is a great foot-in-the-door opportunity!

AmeriCorps VISTA provides a monthly living allowance and paid health insurance. Community First Fund provides reimbursement for a portion of housing costs and daily meal expenses as well as local travel expenses.
