Robin is a very fluid speaker, great delivery of material, good sense of humor. Very respectable presenter and educator. Topic was very proactive and had new ideas to improve what we are doing. The comprehensive handouts will be very useful and a good visual to remember what was elaborated upon. Robin really connects well with the audience by use of his visuals and intriguing stories. Learned a lot about how Funeral Service has evolved and changes we will have to confront in the future. Showed new ways of presenting different types of funeral services and new ways to tell people about them. Out of the box, creative thinking. I found this stimulating, thank you. Especially great – establishing a role. It was great to hear from one of our own colleagues. He knows all about our trials and struggles in the industry. Great speaker, very personal!
