Robin is an excellent facillator, both interesting and knowledgeable. Breakout groups were also thought provoking.
The amount of research done and the number of ideas presented is what I liked the best about the seminar. All very helpful and informative. This seminar was a great reminder of the need for funeral directors to adapt to circumstances to stay ahead. To keep improving what you do, so you don’t fall behind and lose your place.
