Google’s 2006 results are in:

The zeitgeist for 2006 is up and the results are kind of surprising. Looks like web 2.0 took over google this year – it’s all about blogs, wiki’s, and video sharing. I would have expected more searches on iraq, energy crisis, global warming etc… maybe these aren’t concerns – or maybe just not as entertaining as bebo and myspace. Paris Hilton #1 in the news – no surprises there.
