Crazy that the western word isn’t even on the radar screen yet for Internet TV. Whatever they are doing in Hong Kong & Iceland is working. Why and How? Let’s take some notes and somebody solve this problem plz. I’m having enough challenges setting up my new home media server.

Well I think adoption rates will increase, especially with the amount of up and coming internet tv sites offering it for free - check out http://www.freetube.us.tc , it’s pretty amazing what you can get for free.
I’m just surprised that places like Montenegro actually round up to be on this list. I would think Germany would have made it on this list.
