Another bandaid at best, the first part of the plan is correct, wind energy coupled with solar and a resurgence of nukes could give us all the electricity we need. But then he’s back to burning a non renewable resource for transportation. Would be better to take another billion and work on mccain’s magic battery instead. Hopefully GM’s Volt will be a success in a couple years before they go out of business ^^
