Question: What is the Center for Emergent Leadership?

Answer:  The Center for Emergent Leadership (CEL) is dedicated to the role of providing learning development to individuals and businesses wanting to train in the latest in people development, leadership development and or organizational effectiveness, whether though coaching, team workshops or training.

The center supports a number of aspects of learning programs these are:

Supporting corporate leaders and corporations on developing people business effective, management and leadership competencies. Providing entrepreneurs with the foundation skills in the entrpreneur mindset, effective time management and making key decisions.  Individual  personal development and creating personal conscious leadership. Horizon planning workshops. Leadership Psychometrics. Team building workshops. Facilitation workshops. Cultural analysis and change recommendations. 

Question: What is  an Authentic Conscious Leader?

Answer: Authentic conscious leadership is about developing individuals to recognise and building their authentic muscle, enabling them to become aware of the impact that they have on others  and to their ecology, helping them to build great congruency and self expression, helping individuals to be passionate for making a difference in the world, and come from a place of service to others.


Question: How long have you been coaching clients?

Answer: I have been providing individuals and organizations with life and leadership coaching now for over 15 years, facilitating and coaching groups in workshops and also providing keynotes on a number of topics including Integral Leadership, Power of Intuitive Intelligence, developing conscious leadership and navigating change in business.


Question:  What did you do before founding the center?

Answer: Before starting The Center for Emergent Leadership: I was the Faulty Leader for IBM EMEA HR Learning Organizational Development and Coaching team, provide global executive organisational capability, executive coaching, organizational learning and development, and change.

Additionally I was a leadership and Organizational Effectiveness Associate Partner with Accenture.

During this period I built a wealth of experience and expertise in developing individual and organizational leadership, high performance, personal effectiveness, team building and cultural and transformation projects.


Question: Where do you coach your clients?

Answer: The majority of my clients are coached on the phone, however if a client wants to be coached face to face we can also coach in this way,  as I have clients from all around the world who coach with me it is much easier to coach over the phone and just as powerful.


Question: Do you have a coach?

Answer: Yes, I believe everyone needs a coach, afterall our blind spots are almost indefinetly the areas that a coach can provide the best value and just like you I have personal and business challenges to manage and create breakthroughs for.


Question: What are your key values?

Answer: My key values are honesty, integrity, respect, and compassion.


Question: Why did you become a coach?

Answer: I receive considerable satisfaction in helping others find the means to break through and resolve their own key challenges in their personal and business life, I also find it very rewarding to help individuals find their greatest gift within, and develop greater conscious awareness and build a deeper respect, integrity and honesty for themselves and others.
