RUML – John
September 6, 1926 – March 12, 2010
John Ruml, beloved husband of Myrle Ruml of Calgary, passed away peacefully in his sleep at the age of 83 years.
He will be sadly missed by his wife Myrle; children, Janet (Cam), Laurie (Brian), Elaine, Adella (Bruce) and Tom; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Interment will be held at a later date in Winnipeg. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made directly to a charity of the donor’s choice. Heartfelt thanks to all the staff at Fanning 3W and SCHC Dialysis Unit.

Dear Myrle & family: I am incredibly saddened to hear of the passing of your beloved John. Ian joins me in offering our deepest sympathy to you, Janet, Laurie, Elaine, Adella, Tom and their families. My memories of John will always be of his infectious laugh and his unwavering devotion to his friends, family and to his community. I take comfort in the wonderful memories I have of our years growing up together in Rivers and of our wonderful family friendship. The example he set in his lifetime serves to inspire us all. Especially given the health challenges he faced these past five years. May your fondest memories & love sustain you and may you find comfort and strength in them.
