About Us

Richard Murphy has a background in Horticulture and Property Maintenance and Management. Richard has studied at Guelph University and Landscape Ontario.

He started his green industry career working for Canadian Tire in the greenhouses (south Ontario) and fell in love with the trade. After relocating to the Blue Mountain area he took on a role as Operations Manager – Maintenance Division for the largest landscaping company in the area.

Richards passion grew and he knew he had to go out on his own. Five years later Murphy Property Maintenance was born.

Sara Murphy is a graduate from Sheridan College and Georgian College. With diplomas and certificates in Business, Paralegal and Nursing; she is well educated.

Sara runs the accounts management side of the business, and if you call the office you’ll hear her pleasant voice ready to assist. Sara has a background in Timeshare, Contracts Management and Business Development.
