Internet at home is down again and apparently has been all day. Someone’s coming out tomorrow to look at the lines.

Needless to say, I’m none too pleased with BellSloth/AT+T … this looks like the final straw.

Yeah, for real. A repair guy came by the house this afternoon, but it’s too late. I called Charter first thing this morning and we’re swapping over. Their install guy will be coming first thing in the morning. :mrgreen:

I know I’ve bitched about them before, but honestly their response is MUCH better than AT&T’s. (and we’ll have much faster speeds and will be saving ~$40/month)
