Letha Hadady
Letha Hadady, D.Ac., is nationally certified in acupuncture and has studied Chinese and Ayurvedic healing modalities in Asia. A popular presenter at the Open Center since its early days, her walking tours of New York’s Chinatown and Little India herb markets have been featured in Traveler magazine and on network television. Other offerings have included workshops focusing on women’s health, stress reduction, and Asian weight loss techniques. Also an accomplished author, her books include Asian Health Secrets, Personal Renewal, Healthy Beauty, and Feed Your Tiger. She is currently writing a book (published in 2012) on natural pain treatments

Sharon Smith
Sharon Smith has practiced qigong, t’ai chi and other Taoist spiritual and healing arts for 30 years and taught them for 25. A senior instructor and chi nei tsang practitioner certified by Master Mantak Chia’s Universal Tao system and by the International Sheng Zhen Society, Sharon has also practiced Iyengar yoga for over 20 years.
