The Peninsula Soccer Club’s PSC ELITE FLYING EAGLES, U17G team, are pictured after winning the prestigious Region 1 College Showcase Event. In 4 matches against quality opponents including Top 20 teams from NJ, Md & Pa, the girls scored 5 goals and allowed 2 against including 3 shutouts. The team is comprised of players from 11 different High Schools through Monmouth and Ocean County and is managed by Tom Gallo and Head Coached by Monmouth University’s Ken Masuhr.

The Peninsula Atlantic Eagles U12 Boys team recently participated in and won their respective division of the prestigious Wall Fall Classic in Wall, NJ.

The boys are coached by Glenn McIntyre and David O’Brien and are trained twice a week by Ken Masuhr who is a representative of JFG and Director of Coaching, Krissy Turner.

The boys currently sit 3rd in their division this season of MOSA and have consistently put together great efforts each week.

Way to go Atlantic Eagles!!! Keep making us proud!!

The Peninsula Soccer Club would like to congratulate six players who made the initial pool for the New Jersey Olympic Development Program – Chris Tierney ‘95 (PSC Lightning Eagles BU15), Vince Gallo ‘96 (PSC Lightning Eagles BU15), Carl Geiger ‘96 (PSC Lightning Eagles BU15), Morgan Chayes ’94 (PSC Flying Eagles GU17) , Bobby Riordan ’98 (PSC Soaring Eagles BU13), and Dean Criscitiello ’98 (PSC Soaring Eagles BU13).  Congratulations to these players and all of the Peninsula players that tried out this year.

U8-U11′s:  4:30-5:30p

U12-U14′s:  5:30-6:30p

Please have GK’s bring the following to each session:

-Ball

-Water / Sports Drink

-Cleats

-Shin Guards

-GK Gloves

Fall U12 Boys tryout- Peninsula Atlantic Eagles will hold a tryout on July 31st at 9am at Monmouth University’s Great Lawn (Norwood Avenue entrance) to fill 3 – 4 open spots on the team.  Any boy born between 8/1/98 and 7/31/99 should email Coach Glenn McIntyre (gmknicks@comcast.net) if interested.
