This is such a cool remix of my novel Someone Comes to Town, Someone Leaves Town -- an RSS feed that gives you a couple pages every day. No matter when you subscribe to it, it sends you the book starting from the beginning. Subscribe via Winksite and it'll come to your phone in daily bite-sized pieces.

Love the idea of an RSS feed that always starts at the beginning. This opens up whole new possibilities for publishing.

WTF? I personally showed both of these guys Mobdex.com last year, which did exactly this. Not only did it provide individualized RSS feeds (including Cory's Down and Out in the Magic Kingdom), but it marked each paragraph with a permalink for blog discussions *and* formatted it all for reading via a mobile phone. Not only that, but once I decided not to pursue Mobdex, I introduced Dave from Winksite to Rael from O'Reilly so he could work on getting back-end access to their Safari feeds to provide books to the mobile as well.

Holy christ! It's like 1984... I've been erased from history!
