Man, some people should really check their spelling! Especially, you know, before carving it in metal and putting out back of the US intelligence headquarters... Sheesh!
So, with the new null letter, using the Quagmire III variation... it's not "ID BY ROWS", it's "x LAYER TWO"... Now it's all starting to make sense!
