I’m pleased to let you know that Canola2 has finally released the Beta6 update, and there’s a whole boatload of changes on this one. Once you have updated, you can join the conversation over at InternetTabletTalk.com. Also, don’t forget to reboot your Tablet after applying the update.

The changelog is copied below, but a few that really jump out at me is the updates to the podcasting feature almost have me interested in using it. There’s now an optimized menu system that will automatically separate the new podcasts from the ones that you’ve already listened to, and also show you just the ones from that day. Also, your position in podcasts is now remembered, as well as other miscellaneous fixes.

New view for current podcast downloads; shows information about the download.
Newly organized podcast menu with new submenus such as “Today’s episodes”, “New episodes” (Episodes that have been downloaded and have not yet been played).
Podcast also give a visual clue to whether an episode has been played or not.
