In the Dark

So there’s been a bit of an energy crisis in New York this past summer. There have several times this past month, where my office building has asked us to turn off non-essential office equipment. When I boarded my train this morning to begin my usual commute from hell. It was no surprise that lights on the train were turned off for energy conservation. As we entered the tunnel, our train car was pitch black. Now I really know how it feels like to be in a black out. It’s not a pretty sight. For all I know, there can some pevert groping innocent gals/guys or some punk who would take advantage of the moment to mug some poor innocent soul. Then again, they might just trip and fall flat on their face.
