Hey lady.. You got a cig….stogie.. fag..otherwise, known as cigarette. Since City has raised the tax on cigarettes by $1.50, the price of a pack is about 7 dollars. Ever since then, the kids in my neighborhood are too busy trolling for cigarettes. They harass every smoker that walks by, hoping for a losie. It’s quite funny. They’re not old enough to buy a pack ( like that would stop them ) and too poor to cough up 7 dollars for a pack. But they don’t have a problem coughing up the cash for a 40. Then again, that’s probably cheaper then a pack. Ha ha! Guess they’re in dire need of a nicotine fix.
