Meals on Heels
Today, I went on my first volunteer project with NY Cares, Meals on Heels at the Presbyterian church. We more or less deliver meals to seniors. Fortunately, I had some new friends who had accompany me in this task. It was pretty cool. I noticed that you tend to form a clique with the people you first meet at the event. All in all, it was a neat event. Though I thought I would actually be doing more work then I did.
