I arrived home to a tripped out car blurring music. Can I say welcome to the ghetto. Someone must till this guy with his tinted windows and flashing rims, that this is not the 1980s. Let’s just say that I felt every vibration on the street halfway down the block and when I got into my apartment. I believe it would be considered noise pollution.
