90 of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away on February 28, 2010. He is predeceased by Mary Margaret Taylor Williams (wife) and George Lee Williams (son). He is survived by son Bill Williams, Jr, daughters Evelyn Grace, Mary Castleberry and Deborah Ermoian, 12 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. Services have been held. Donations may be made to Hospice of the Valley.
