Nvu 1.0 released

If you’ve never heard of it, Nvu is a WYSIWYG web site creator similar to FrontPage and Dreamweaver that was started by the makers of Linspire. Some of the highlights of the program are:

It’s based on the Mozilla Composer program. Supports CSS Integrated FTP client. Edit webpages directly on the FTP server. Cross platform so it will run on Linux, Mac OSX (10.1.5 or later) and Windows. HTML code conforms to web standards and works in all browsers. Tabbed editting of multiple pages. It’s free

You can download a copy here. I have been trying it out since version 0.4 and have really liked it because the underlying HTML code is clean, not like what you usually get from FrontPage (unnecessary garbage).
